Our indoor cycling studio features Stages bikes, heart-rate monitoring, a large projection screen with certified spin instructors who lead and motivate you through an inspirational in-studio cycling workout.

TRX suspension training classes use TRX bands to leverage your own bodyweight to improve balance, strengthen the core and provide a complete upper and lower body workout.

CLASSES

Barre workout fused with traditional calisthenic intervals and HIIT “X” factor that guarantees great results. Each class varies with the equipment used making for an excellent cross-training experience.

A balance of resistance, cardio and flexibility training ensures a great time-efficient way to get a complete workout. This faith-based mind, body, spirit class features contemporary praise music with a short devotional.
